The conservative movement is full of bright young stars. With the kind of talent we’ve got now, we will be strong for years to come. While the liberals are planning to run 60 and 70 year olds for office, we have a plethora of individuals under 40 who will no doubt do big things in the next decade or so. Not only do we have a strong bench, it is stacked with some amazing women. Here at FFL, we are all about empowering conservative women. We’d like to highlight ten young conservative women you should watch in the years to come, but this is by no means an exhaustive list. These young women are bright, beautiful, and bold and are not afraid to stand up and fight for what they believe in and what is right. These women come from all sectors, from business to government to nonprofits and the media. They have a great future ahead of them, and the conservative movement’s future is even brighter with them in it.
Lauren McCue has been making moves in the conservative movement since college. She was a Young Americans for Freedom activist at Virginia Tech and made a huge impact around the country when she fought the administration after they tried to take away her club’s funding when they hosted Bay Buchanan. Since then, she’s joined the team at Young America’s Foundation and works to instill the activist spirit in college students around the country.
Alex Smith is the chairwoman of the College Republican National Committee and has become a shining light for the Republican Party in the age of Trump and other upheaval within the party. She’s an amazing speaker who inspires young men and women alike to stand up for their beliefs and to be proud of their party. No doubt she will do great things after her tenure at CRNC comes to a close this summer.

She founded the pro-life group Live Action when she was only 15 years old. She’s only 28 years old, and she’s already spent over a decade fighting for life on college campuses and beyond. She has made amazing advances in activism. Lila has showed the world how brutal abortion is and the terrible tactics used by abortion providers and supporters that hurt women and children. Young women are the future of the GOP and Elise Stefanik is one of the people leading the way. She is the youngest woman to ever serve in United States Congress, serving the 21st district from New York, a state not known for being the most welcoming place for conservatives. She’s worked tirelessly on bipartisan bills including the Flexible Pell Grant for 21st Century Students Act and the Bipartisan Budget Act. Elise proving that you can be a young conservative woman and run for office. She won her Congressional election by over 20 points. We are sure she has a bright future ahead of her in Congress and beyond.
Sarah Isgur Flores
Female campaign managers are becoming the new norm and we love it. Sarah Isgur Flores served as the deputy campaign manager for Carly Fiorina’s 2016 presidential campaign. Other campaigns she’s worked on include Ted Cruz’s congressional campaign. Previously, she worked in the Office of Congressional Communication at the Federal Aviation Administration and holds a law degree from Harvard. She’s definitely going to keep making waves in the movement, especially on campaigns, and she is one to watch.
Who says the GOP is full of old guys? Not Saira Blair. In 2014, she broke all records by becoming the youngest person, of any gender, to be elected to a state or federal office. She was only 17. That’s right, she couldn’t even vote yet when she was elected to serve in the West Virginia House of Delegates. She’s sponsored legislation on Voter ID laws. In addition, she secured an extra half million dollars in funding for a local community college. She’s doing so much already for the Republican Party. We’re certain Ms. Blaire has a whole life of political success ahead of her.
