This one can be combined with a few of the tips below (see numbers 2 and 4) to create the best experience, but who doesn’t love a good bubble bath? It’s the easiest way to get yourself to stay in one place for long enough to collect your thoughts and catch your breath.

Facemasks seem to be more popular than ever. They are a great way to take time to not only take care of yourself but also keep your skin in check after a crazy day. With so many different kinds of masks, you are able to customize it to what you need. Taking the time to put on a face-mask might be the first time all day you focus on something completely about you.
