The Bachelor is back and even though it’s winter, you can bet people are going to be getting hot, and heavy, on screen. Why not break a sweat yourself? I started tricking myself into getting in a work out while watching guilty pleasures shows like the Bachelor and I’ve never looked back. It’s a great way to sneak in some fitness and laugh at the hilarity of it all. These season premiere will not doubt be the most dramatic yet, like they all ar,) but we’re ready!

He’s 26, a former football player, and came in fourth on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette over the summer. He also appeared on Bachelor in Paradise and announced during the Bachelorette that he is a virgin. That’s been a huge marketing ploy for this season. The tagline asks, “What does he have to lose?” so you can bet this premiere is going to be very sexual and heavy-handed. Here’s a workout to get you through it.
