I’ve been on a bit of a self-help kick recently, trying to make myself healthier, happier, get more sleep, make better connections. Be more productive, cook more or healthier, give up addictive things. You name it, I read a book on it. The self-help genre is a lot bigger than we even realize and encompasses so many books on so many different issues that you’ll be amazed what you can find.
