Happy Friday! It has been a big week for conservative women! Here are a few leading ladies that stood out and shattered glass ceilings this week.

Amy Coney Barrett has a glorious confirmation hearing

President Trump’s Supreme Court pick, Amy Coney Barrett is making history this week as her confirmation hearings started on Monday. After graduating top in her class from Notre Dame law and being appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Judge Barrett is a proven conservative who is highly qualified for the land’s highest court. Judge Barrett went through days of confirmation hearings before the committee is expected to vote to move the confirmation to the floor. Republicans hope that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will push the vote through the Senate on or by October 29, 2020. Judge Barrett had multiple stand out moments this week, including when she held up a blank notepad to the cameras and Senators, indicating that she was able to answer everything to her own knowledge.

Joni Ernst shines during Amy Coney Barrett confirmation hearings

Iowa Senator Joni Ernst was a positive and friendly face for Judge Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation hearings this week. During her questioning, she asked Amy Coney Barrett if there was anything she would like to clear up or address that she may have been unable to do during the questioning from other Senators. In addition to that, Ernst has been a steadfast supporter for Judge Barret stating that she is a role model for women everywhere and is a great example of the freedoms granted to women, and all citizens, of the United States.

Nikki Haley campaigns for Sen. Martha McSally

Earlier this week, Nikki Haley flew out to the great state of Arizona to help campaign and fundraise for U.S. Senator Martha McSally. McSally is in a tight race with astronaut, Mark Kelly. After being appointed to fill the seat left open by the late John McCain. Haley and McSally spoke on the dangers of China and Kelly’s ties to the communist country. In addition to that, they spoke primarily to women, encouraging them to get involved and run for office.

Kristi Noem hits the campaign trail for President Trump

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem hit the campaign trial for President Trump in New Hampshire this week for an event and fundraiser with Corey Lewandowski. In addition to that, she spoke at a Women for Trump rally earlier this week in Minnesota. She spoke about her handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and her recent rise in the media due to it as well. South Dakota’s first female Governor has made headlines over the weeks for her positive handling of the pandemic and her push back on the left’s criticisms of her.
