As we head into the weekend, let’s reflect back on wins by conservative women this week.  These are the four stories that should be on your radar!

Rep. Marianette Miller-Meeks Saga Ends

The back and forth over Iowa’s Second congressional district ended this week with Democratic former candidate Rita Hart withdrawing her complaint in contesting the November 2020 election. Rep. Marianette Miller-Meeks will remain in her seat after all, after a statewide canvass certified her as the winner. Rep. Miller-Meeks made a classy video on Twitter announcing Hart’s withdrawal.

Colorado GOP Party Leadership – All-Female Edition

During the Colorado Republican Party Convention this week, new state party leadership was elected. Kristi Burton Brown was elected as the state party’s next chair. Priscilla Rahn will be the vice chair, and Marilyn Harris is the next treasurer. This marks the first time in Colorado history that the state party has had an all-female officer group.

Team Trump Women Join Fox News

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany joined “Outnumbered” on Fox News as a co-host, joining Harris Faulker and Emily Compagno. It will air on weekdays from 12-1 pm Eastern. Additionally Lara Trump will be a Fox News Contributor. 

Susan Wright Wins Unanimous Texas Young Republicans Endorsement

Texan Susan Wright is running for the open TX-06 seat, which was tragically vacated by her late husband Rep. Ron Wright. Ms. Wright unanimously won the Texas YRs endorsement, which follows Rep. Elise Stefanik’s full endorsement. The Stefanik-led E-PAC has committed to raise over $30,000 for Wright’s race.
