As the election nears, Republican women are stepping into the spotlight. Here are this week’s most inspiring moments brought to you by GOP women.

Tiffany Trump headlines Trump Pride campaign event in Miami

The president’s daughter hosted a campaign event with Richard Grenel, the first openly gay member of a President’s Cabinet, geared towards the LGBT+ community. Recent polls have been showing an increasing number of the LGBT+ community warming to President Trump. She shared, “He supports all of you, and we are here to fight for equality, democracy, to keep America and make it better.”

Nikki Haley continues to campaign for GOP women across the country

The former UN Ambassador has continued to criss-cross the country campaigning for multiple candidates as she becomes a star surrogate for races. Her recent campaign stops included support for Senator Joni Ernst and congressional candidates Ashley Hinson and Mariannette Miller-Meeks.

Senators Martha McSally, Kelly Loeffler, and Cindy Hyde-Smith join others in  introducing legislation to prevent court packing

After threats from Democrats that they will pack the Supreme Court with liberal activist judges, U.S. Senators Martha McSally (R-AZ), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Roger Wicker (R-MS), Kelly Loeffler (R-GA), and Cindy Hyde-Smith (R- MS) introduced two new proposals to prevent it. Senator McSally shares more by stating, “the first proposal would prevent the expansion or contraction of the Supreme Court by constitutional amendment, also known as the “Keep Nine” amendment. The second proposal would stop Democrats from unilaterally passing any court-packing legislation in the United States Senate.”

President Trump endorses 3 GOP women for Congress

The President took to Twitter to endorse Senator Cindy-Hyde Smith and Congresswoman Elise Stefanik in their re-election bids. In addition, he endorsed  Michelle Fischbach, a congressional candidate from Minnesota. According to Cook Political Report, the seat has recently switched from lean Democratic to toss-up.

Female GOP governors tag team to support Judge Amy Coney Barrett

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, and Alabama Governor Kay Ivey showed that empowered women empower women and teamed up to voice their support for the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to SCOTUS. They share in an op-ed:

“As governors who are either the first or second females to be elected in our respective states, we are rightfully proud to see diversity expand among the highest levels of government. Notably, however, our support for Judge Barrett hinges not on her being a female, but rather her superior intellect, unflappable composure and impeccable integrity, all which combine to make her eminently qualified in every way.”

MaverickPAC announces their 2020 Future40 list; includes multiple GOP women rising stars

The Future40 award “recognizes conservative young professionals across the country that embody the next generation of leadership in the public and private sector.” The list includes many rising stars including congressional candidate Genevieve Collins and Alyssa Farah, the White House Director of Strategic Communications.
