If you’ve been with us for a while, you know about our Weekly Conservative Woman series, and if not, the opening line is supposed to get you hooked on reading about a fabulous Republican woman. I’ll be completely honest, I spent way more time trying to come up with an opening line for this blog post than I should have. That being said, I’ve got nothing. Allow me to cut to the chase: Kellie Pickler is Republican perfection.

Hollywood may be known for it’s liberal leanings, but plenty of conservative bands, singers, and musicians have found success. Country singer Kellie Pickler is among them. Pickler gained fame as a contestant on the fifth season of American Idol, finishing in sixth place, and was a big advocate of the Sen. McCain/Gov. Palin ticket in 2008. *insert pun about Kellie knowing the “Best Days of Your Life” are when a conservative holds office*

Jokes aside, kudos to Kellie for staying true to her convictions in a liberal-dominated field. She sets an excellent example for us conservative ladies to #StayProud and make our voices heard. If someone disagrees, that’s fine. We’ll walk away in our Red High Heels knowing we’re always right. *hair flip.*
