Gather ‘round and let’s meet some ladies! They are the bright, beautiful Conservative women who head up the Winning for Women Republican PAC. According to their website, Winning for Women is “…building an infrastructure that will allow right-of-center women leaders to succeed in their pursuit of leadership opportunities, and working to advance free-market principles and a strong national defense. Winning For Women’s connected federal PAC will support free-market conservative women running for federal office.” Among the other women on the board of directors, sits Kelly Ayotte, former Senator and Attorney General for New Hampshire. You might have seen WFW’s communications director Olivia Perez-Cubas on TV talking about Republican women running for seats in the House and Senate. She was Marco Rubio’s former Communications Director for 5 years and is now using her considerable skills at WFW.

Just a few days ago, Winning for Women announced their first round of endorsements for 2022. What an exciting list! WFW’s political director, Micah Yousefi shares,

“The 2022 midterm elections are an opportunity to flip the House of Representatives and put a check on the Biden presidency. With smart investments and a grassroots network of support, we can make this cycle another record year for Republican women.”

The endorsements are for 9 freshman House women:

  • Young Kim 9 (CA)

  • Michelle Steel (CA)

  • Maria Elvira Salazar (FL)

  • Ashley Hinson (IA)

  • Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA)

  • Nicole Malliotakis (NY)

  • Stephanie Bice (OK)

  • Nancy Mace (SC)

  • Beth Van Duyne (TX)

Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks made headlines when she won her Iowa House Seat narrowly and again as she herself, a former Army doctor who still practices, has been giving out vaccines to patients. Former Mayor of Irving, Texas, Beth Van Duyne just scored Nikki Haley’s endorsement for her House re-election, with Haley saying, “Beth Van Duyne’s win was known to be Pelosi’s most bitter loss. Since going to DC, she’s been hard at work fighting for Texas values and against the Democrat’s socialist agenda. Pelosi won’t stop attacking her and that’s why I’m so proud to endorse her.” New York’s Nicole Malliotakis hit back at Rep. Ilhan Omar’s most recent round of Anti Semitic attacks and sent a letter, along with several other GOP House members, to Nancy Pelosi condemning Omar and reiterating the belief that Omar should be removed from the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

As we get closer to the 2022 midterms, there will be even more GOP women to watch in races across the country. Due to the unpopularity of Biden and the Democrats’ disastrous policies, I have high hopes that the Republicans will take back the House. I have even higher hopes that we will also take the Senate, since there is currently a 50-50 split. Winning For Women is out here assisting GOP women in their races and it is exciting to watch. Here’s to more powerhouse Republican women walking the halls of Congress. Congratulations and good luck in 2022, ladies!
