Welcome to this long weekend edition of Conservative Women Weekly! Be sure to bask in all these phenomenal accomplishments of our right-leaning women as you have a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend.
Also, brief editor’s note: Hi, I’m Jordan! I’ve been a Cabinet Member since November 2018. Since then, I finished up my master’s program in Marketing and now work in conservative political marketing and fundraising. Excited to join the outstanding crew of CWW editors!
Let’s get to it:
Kayleigh McEnany, Elise Stefanik and Sarah Huckabee Sanders named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40
TBH, at this point, we love fangirling over Kayleigh McEnany and Rep. Elise Stefanik ; and rounding out this trio is the incomparable Sarah Huckabee Sanders, known by her married monogram. These three rockstars were all named to Fortune magazine’s 40 Under 40 in the Government and Politics category. Fortune highlighted “40 influential people in each of five categories: finance, technology, healthcare, government and politics, and media and entertainment,” and these conservative women stars shine brightly on this list.
GOP Women in the House continue to smash stereotypes
Some quick stats on how the House of Representatives races are shaping up for this fall: Nine incumbent female members are in races presently rated Solid Republican. Additionally, 5 female challengers won their primary races for seats presently rated Solid Republican. Julie Conway, the executive director of VIEW PAC, a PAC committed to electing more GOP women, told Roll Call that, notably “all five of the most vulnerable House Democrats are being challenged by Republican women.”
Republican congressional candidates endorsed by American Conservation Coalition
As ACC shares, “This November, we’re supporting members of Congress who have worked on effective legislation, championed smart environmental policies, and embraced the principle that conservation is conservative. Our new candidates have strong environmental platforms and will bring a new generation of pragmatic leadership to Congress. The future of conservative and environmental leadership is on the ballot. Let’s work to get these environmental leaders elected.”

Kim Klacik has President Trump’s “Complete & Total Endorsement!”
President Trump tweeted his support for Kim Klacik, who is running for U.S. House of Representatives in Maryland’s 7th Congressional District. He tweeted: “Kimberly Klacik is really working hard to help the people of Baltimore. She is running for Congress as a Republican, & if she wins she will be an inspiration to all. She is strong on inner city rebuilding, healthcare, our Military & Vets. She has my Complete & Total Endorsement!”
Second Lady speaks on behalf of Nancy Mace
Nancy Mace, running for Congress for SC-01, was endorsed by Second Lady Karen Pence, wife of VP Mike Pence at a campaign event in South Carolina. A tweet thread from a reporter in attendance is linked here. A notable line from the Second Lady’s speech about Nancy Mace was “”From the Waffle House to the Statehouse … The common thread is that she’s the hardest working person in the room.” Yes, not only is Ms. Mace the first female to ever graduate from The Citadel (one of six United States senior military colleges), but one of her first jobs was at Waffle House. We hope she “chunks, covers, and smothers” the competition.
Senator Marsha Blackburn releases her book “The Mind of A Conservative Woman”
FFL Founder, Amanda Owens called it “a must read for conservative women” saying it’s “inspiring, insightful, and empowering. I loved it, and I think you will too!” Be sure to get your copy here.
