Attend group classes

Most college campuses offer these to students for no additional charge. Your local gym probably has options as well. Buy cute workout clothing

If you have cute clothes for the gym, you’ll want to show them off. These can be found at prices to fit any budget. Plus, you’ll already be confident before the workout even begins.

Have an accountability partner

If you prefer to workout with others, ask friends to join you. If you prefer to workout solo, have a friend who will ask you about your workout. This will hold you accountable to someone other than yourself, which can better help you achieve your goal!

Use a fitness tracker

Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, etc. Whether you write down your calories burnt and your max on weights or keep up with it on an app, track your fitness in order to keep up with your progress. There are an abundant amount apps available for your phone or smart watch that track steps and workouts with minimum effort required from you.
