2) Stay True to Who You Are

Elle always stayed true to herself, even amidst the scrutiny of others. She never let mean girls, undeserving boys, or judging coworkers change who she was. She walked into the room with confidence in herself and what she could bring, regardless of her outside appearance. She constantly proved to others that blonde girls who love pink and sparkles can also change the world.

3) Never Settle

Elle never settled– not in her love life, her career, or in her friendships. She always set her eye on the prize and did everything she possibly could to succeed. Her determination to always be the best Elle she could possibly be in a true inspiration for all young women today, when sticking with the status quo and average is the norm.

4) Know Your Value

Elle constantly knew her worth and never accepted anything less than she deserved. This does not make her stuck up or snobby, it just means that she had standards; an important lesson in today’s society. Remember to always take Miss Wood’s advice and never settle for less than what you deserve. You’re worth it.
