FitBit will help you stay on your workout goals by keeping you accountable to not just your phone, but to your friends.

This app keeps track of how much water you’re getting in during the day. 8 glasses seems almost impossible, but this app makes it almost like a competition to get it all in. Staying hydrated is extremely important during the summer months so your body will thank you for downloading, and using, this app.

Sweat with Kayla

Sweat with Kayla is one of those perfect, all encompassing apps. It gives you workout plans for the day, along with meal suggestions to make planning healthy eating easy. Not to mention, she has a forum where people post their transformations, and it really is inspiring.

Map My Fitness

If you’re an avid runner, or even a beginner, chances are you’ll love Map My Fitness. It tracks where you run, and shows you on a map, along with your total distance and time. Seeing how far you can go will motivate you to go even farther.

Working out can sometimes seem intimidating because who can ever plan exactly all that they want to do? This app gives you the option to fully customize your workout so you’re doing everything you want to do, with no confusion. Building a regimen is everything, so let Sworkit help you!

If you’re always on the go and have a hard time finding an hour every day to get your workout in, but still want to feel active, this app is for you. It’s an easy, 7 minute workout that anyone can do in the comfort of their own home. It takes almost no time, and you’ll feel better knowing you got a little exercise in.

Relax Melodies

Don’t forget your mental health on the road to wellness. This app will, like the name says, play relaxing music to help you drift off to dreamland. Sleep is perhaps the most important part of staying healthy, so this app can help you catch some much needed z’s instead of having to count sheep.

Remember, health is more than just how you look in a bathing suit. Health is about taking care of every part of who you are: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically.
