RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel claps back at New York Times opinion article

According to a New York Times opinion piece, GOP women are on the “brink of extinction.” But RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel clapped back this perception this week on “Fox & Friends” with co-host Ainsley Earhardt. “They keep pushing this narrative,” McDaniel said. “They ignore women that are leading way in the Republican Party.”

McDaniel noted the accomplishments of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, White House senior adviser Ivanka Trump, Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao and CIA Director Gina Haspel. She also praised efforts by Rep. Elise Stefanik to recruit additional GOP women to run for office.

Senior Advisor Ivanka Trump and Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao join official White House delegation to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland

This week, President Trump confirmed two Republicans women would join senior advisors and cabinet officials on the White House delegation to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Senior Advisor Ivanka Trump and Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao will join Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Labor Secretary Eugene Scalia, Jared Kushner, and Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer on the trip.

The delegation, which will engage world leaders on issues of global economic development, will be led by Treasury Secretary Mnuchin.

White House Specialty Media Director Carolina Hurley raises money for new school in Malawi

After joining First Lady Melania Trump on a trip to Africa for her Be Best campaign, Specialty Media Director Carolina Hurley decided she was not done helping individuals less fortunate than most here in the United States. Hurley raised money on her own time to get a new classroom built for the Chipala Primary School in Lilongwe, Malawi.

Hurley received praise from none other than the First Lady herself via Twitter.
